It not often we get time to browse around Elms Floral Wholesalers as we are normally just flying in and out to pick up what we need.  Today we actually had time to spare and it was lovely to just take our time and have a look at their newest stock in.

Lots of Easter stock in too with a choice of chickens and hens, eggs and even sheep :)

How cute is this sheep, he would definitely be a talking focal point for any shop window , they had a larger version too 

These Eggs on sticks wiil add that to any Easter Flower Arrangement or Hand Tied Bouquet

In our opionion Elms probably have the largest selection of qualitly silk and foam flowers.  There selection is just amazing and in some cases hard to tell if they are real or fake.  :)

Siobhan has also just got in some more amazing Glass Wear to add to their already vast selection, its hard not to throw some into the trolly :)

Our students today mastered the technique of creating hand tied bridal bouquets of all Roses.  The Roses used today were the impressive Avalanche Rose which is a very popular choice for these Bridal Bouquets

Eirflowers Naas, Christmas Demonstration & Open Day

A pleasure as always to visit Eirflowers Naas Christmas Demonstration and Open Day this Sunday. The certainly did not disappoint with Oasis Ambassador Helen Jamieson who was on hand to give all attending a very entertaining demonstration with lots of fab ideas and tips for Christmas. 

We also got the opportunity to catch up with lots of our past students there and it was great to hear how their business are going for them.  It is so important for florists to get together at events like these and network and thanks to John in Eirflowers for providing the opportunity and the refreshments.

Eirflowers supply both sundries and fresh flowers to the Flower Trade and have recently introduced some fabulous stands that would be ideal for Church Arrangements and Hotel Receptions

We had a bit of Fun when our tutor Janette picked up this stand laughing that she had found the Sam Maguire Cup

After a lovely relaxing afternoon it was back to the school for our flower delivery from FleuraMetz  in preparation for our Advanced Bridal Course beginning on Monday.
