Country Flower Baskets designed on our Commercial Flower Arranging Course

A recent Flower Arranging Course saw our students design these country baskets.. We have seen Baskets of flower become more and more popular, they seem to disappear for a while over the past 10 years, but they are back and we love them
As florists they are a great alternative to bouquet of flowers and for the customer they have a prearranged basket ready to display immediately.

Wedding Civil Ceremony & Church Flower Decoration

As a Bride getting married it is nice to see the options available to you in flowers to decorate your reception, church, marquee or indeed maybe your home too.
Our Advanced Bridal Course for our Flower Arranging Students saw them creating an array of different designs and displays for wedding that can be so versatile they can be used in many different ways

Below are just some of the designs covered on this module and we were lucky enough to have wedding florist Treacy from Ger's Flowers on this module she brought along some of her stands and also took some photos in their showrooms also

Above is a small candelabra stant with an all Gyp centerpiece.

This is the same candelabra but the students brought a more vintage theme by adding small pink spray roses to the gyp ball

Roses & lilly candelabra for wedding wedding flowers for table

This large Candelabra from Ger's Flowers was designed by the students by adding a Gyp and Rose Ball to the top and a ring of Gyp and Lillies to the lower section - as this was done in a class environment we encourage the students to work with an array of flowers, ideally both parts of the would be the same.   Either all Gyp & Roses or all Gyp and Lillies.

This is the same Candelabra in Ger's Show Room with only the Gyp and roses ball but included is some ivy and gym trailing down the stand

Above is a Lilly & September Flower Topiary Tree, these can look great on either side of the alter or each side of the doorway you will walk through.

Above here we have added the Topiary Tree Ball to a Candelabra witch gives it a totally different look

A unity candle arrangements looks amazing on the top table too, ask one of your guests to take the Unity Candle Arrangements with them from the Church to the Hotel

Contemporary arrangements can be added to Candelabra stands, Pew Ends, Back of seats & doors.

Fish bowls create a stunning centre piece, they can be used as table centres, alter arrangements, and also line the aisle you walk up.
